We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead a large global food brand account team and oversee our clients’ marketing campaigns and plans. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator and effective leader who can supervise multiple programs and team members. If you also have a solid background in account management, advertising, digital marketing or digital development, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure high-quality service to our clients and that our account department runs smoothly and profitably.
Qualiﬁed candidates will possess:
4–8 years of experience in the role of strategic thinker and client leader in agency, brand management, marketing, or digital transformation organization.
Strong project management skills.
Serve as strategic and executional lead for overall advertising, marketing and/or digital programs; lead the day-to-day creative conceptual development of client marketing programs from start to ﬁnish
Oversee activities of junior account service team members
Anticipate potential problems and implications associated with client needs
Develop and execute solutions in alignment with client request and agency procedures
Monitor status of work in progress as well as client budgets; review estimates, billing, and invoice approval
Strong attention to detail and organization
